FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • You are welcome to bring your own mat; however, we supply all members with a mat for class, free of charge.

  • We’re honored you’re starting your journey with us! The hardest part is getting started. We are passionate about creating a space for all fitness levels, where everyone feels welcome. If this is new to you, give us a heads-up, and our instructors will ensure you’re set up for success. Our Intro Offer is generally a great place to start. Need recommendations? Send us an email.

  • Memberships and class packs activate on the date of your first visit. This must occur within 90 days of purchase. If you need to adjust your activation date, please send us an email.

  • Yes, we offer 5 group classes for $89 or 3 private sessions for $199. You can choose one of these offers.

  • We understand that life happens. Please try to arrive 10 minutes before class to get situated. We allow a 10-minute grace period at the beginning of classes. Latecomers will not be permitted after the cutoff.

  • We have a water fountain, so please bring your water bottle!

  • We provide sweat towels, which are included with your membership or class pack.

  • Reformer Pilates is a dynamic, full-body workout using a specialized machine called a reformer. With adjustable springs for resistance, it strengthens and tones muscles, improves posture and flexibility, and enhances core stability. Suitable for all fitness levels, this low-impact method offers versatility in movement while promoting balance, alignment, and a mind-body connection. Perfect for building strength or recovering from injury, Reformer Pilates delivers a challenging yet supportive workout tailored to your needs.

    After becoming a member you can login to the app to see the class type scheduled at each time.

  • Class pack users have the ability to book two weeks out.

    Members have the ability to book four weeks out.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We enforce an 8-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel, please do so more than 8 hours before the class. Cancelling within the 8-hour window before class will result in the following:

$15 Late Cancel fee will be charged to your card on file.

WHAT ARE LATE CANCELS?

If you cancel your spot within the 8-hour window before class, this will be classified as a late cancel. Late cancel fees will be processed within 24 hours of the late cancel.

Please cancel your spot through your account, via our website or app.

WHY DO WE ENFORCE THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

This is in fairness to fellow members who would like to sign up for class. This is in fairness to us as a business, as we rely on filling each spot to pay our bills. We always work with members to ensure everyone understands our policies. Exceptions are made for illness, injury, and inclement weather.

NO SHOW

Failing to attend class or cancel within the 8 hour window will result in a no-show charge of $25+tax.

COMMUNICATION

We are a small team. We do not respond to emails over the weekend unless urgent. Please allow 2-3 business days for a response; however, we make an effort to respond in a timely manner whenever possible. All membership or account-related questions must be communicated via email. We do not respond to such inquiries over social media.

WAITLISTS

We want everyone to have a chance at attending class! Our waitlist management system is set up to auto-enroll members based on the order in which they joined.

Members will receive an email notification when they’ve successfully been added to class from the waitlist.

Additionally, members will be able to see where they are in line, and how many others are on the waitlist.

The system will stop auto-enrolling 90 minutes before class begins.

Should you no longer wish to attend class, please take yourself off the waitlist to avoid being added and then having to late cancel.

ARRIVING LATE

We certainly understand that life happens, and sometimes you arrive late. But as a business, we must be mindful of how latecomers impact the class experience for both members and instructors.

If you are new to our space, please arrive at least 10 minutes before class. 

Latecomers will not be permitted to join class after the 10 minute warmup has concluded. Due to the layout and orientation of the space, it is disruptive and distracting to set up equipment while class is in session.

We ask that you please respect these policies to preserve the integrity of our class experience.
