tempo
Get ready for some cardio! Rev the heart rate and sweat it out using the jumpboard on the reformer. This aerobic class style is all about training your heart for endurance and stamina.
burn
Our signature athletic reformer class. A full body conditioning workout, layering props to level up your Pilates practice. We’ll drop fun beats to help keep the high energy vibes going!
REALIGN
Bend, stretch, lengthen and lift your body with low impact movements and light resistance. A great class for beginners.
MAT WORK
A core-focused exercise method performed on a mat using your body weight for resistance. It emphasizes controlled movements to build strength, flexibility, and balance while improving posture and alignment.
FUSION
A high-energy class that combines the precision of Reformer Pilates with the heart-pumping intensity of HIIT. Transition seamlessly between controlled Pilates movements on the reformer and dynamic cardio bursts.
